DARQUER: lace range inspired by artist’s work
LAUNCHED at the Première Vision fashion fabric trade show earlier this month, a collection created by Calais lace producer Darquer is inspired by the work of Rose-Lynn Fisher. The artist recently exhibited a collection of macroscopic photos showing the crystalline composition of her own tears and this approach gave rise to the Darquer designs. CEO Olivier Noyon described the new line as a revival of the creative tradition associated with the lace brand.
